CDL Issue Date

MVRcheck obtains MVR records directly from the State DMV. The DMV provides limited information to third parties therefore some States will ONLY provide the date that a license was last renewed.

If you must have the Original Issue Date then the driver will need to provide that information. If the driver does not have that information then they can submit a Clearance Letter to the DMV to obtain the original issuance date.
