This Privacy Policy describes how MVRcheck.com (“MVRcheck”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit our website or use our services.
Customers using MVRcheck’s screening services are subject to the Master Services Agreement.

Third-Party Service Providers
MVRcheck may utilize independent third-party service providers to support monitoring services, data processing, data hosting, compliance workflows, training services, customer communications, payment processing, and related platform functionality.
Certain records, monitoring data, alerts, reports, account activity, and related information may be processed, stored, or retained by such providers on behalf of MVRcheck consistent with applicable service requirements, operational practices, legal obligations, and third-party provider policies. Such records may generally be retained for approximately five (5) years from the applicable order or activity date unless a different retention period is required.
Customers are solely responsible for maintaining copies of records, reports, and documents required for their own compliance, regulatory, employment, insurance, or business purposes.
- Data Security
MVRcheck maintains commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information.
No system is completely secure, and we do not guarantee that unauthorized access will never occur.
Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
- Florida Data Breach Notice
If MVRcheck confirms an unauthorized acquisition of unencrypted personal information within its control, we will provide notice to affected customers consistent with Florida Statutes § 501.171.
Customers are responsible for determining whether additional notification to individuals, regulators, or consumer reporting agencies is required under applicable law.
- Data Retention
Reports, account data, and related records may be retained consistent with operational, service, compliance, backup, and legal requirements and may be stored for up to five (5) years from the applicable order or activity date, unless a different retention period is required by law. Customers are solely responsible for their own independent record retention and compliance obligations.
- Cookies and Tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies to:
- Maintain sessions
- Authenticate users
- Analyze traffic
- Improve site performance
You may adjust cookie settings through your browser, but doing so may affect functionality.
- Children’s Privacy
Our services are not directed to individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Individuals seeking access to information contained in a Consumer Report should follow the procedures outlined under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and applicable law.
Nothing in this Policy grants rights beyond those provided by applicable federal or state law.

MVRcheck does not sell personal information for monetary value.
We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
We disclose personal information only to service providers, laboratories, government agencies, or partners as necessary to provide requested services or comply with law.

- Service Provider Role
When MVRcheck processes personal information on behalf of an employer or customer, we act as a “Service Provider” or “Contractor” under CCPA.

- Individuals should direct access, deletion, or correction requests to the employer or company that ordered the screening services.
- MVRcheck will cooperate with verified customer instructions as required by law.
