This Privacy Policy describes how MVRcheck.com (“MVRcheck”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit our website or use our services.

Customers using MVRcheck’s screening services are subject to the Master Services Agreement.

Florida Data Breach Notice

If MVRcheck confirms an unauthorized acquisition of unencrypted personal information within its control, we will provide notice to affected customers consistent with Florida Statutes § 501.171.

Customers are responsible for determining whether additional notification to individuals, regulators, or consumer reporting agencies is required under applicable law.

Data Retention

Reports and account data are retained consistent with service requirements and may be stored for up to five (5) years from order date, unless otherwise required by law. Customers are responsible for their independent retention obligations.

Nothing in this Policy grants rights beyond those provided by applicable federal or state law.

We disclose personal information only to service providers, laboratories, government agencies, or partners as necessary to provide requested services or comply with law.

Service Provider Role

When MVRcheck processes personal information on behalf of an employer or customer, we act as a “Service Provider” or “Contractor” under CCPA.

The employer or customer is responsible for responding to consumer rights requests.
Individuals should direct access, deletion, or correction requests to the employer or company that ordered the screening services.
MVRcheck will cooperate with verified customer instructions as required by law.
