API access is designed for:

• Other approved direct end users with a lawful permissible purpose
API access is not available for multi-client, intermediary, reseller, or platform use.
MVRcheck does not currently support API integrations that provide MVR ordering, screening functionality, report access, or regulated data to multiple outside companies, customers, insureds, platform users, or downstream clients.
This includes, but is not limited to:
• Applicant tracking or HR platforms serving multiple employers
• DOT compliance, safety, or DQF platforms
• Risk management or insurance platforms
• SaaS or AI applications providing MVR services to outside clients
• Screening providers, consultants, service bureaus, or other pass-through providers
Each organization with the lawful permissible purpose must apply directly with MVRcheck and maintain its own approved account unless MVRcheck has expressly approved a separate written partner arrangement.
