Account Activations can take up to 1 Business Day but most are completed same business day. If you did not attach your compliance document to the registration form please eMail ([email protected]) a scanned copy of your business license or MC certificate and a copy of your EIN certificate or Utility Bill to expedite the account setup process. You will receive an email with a temporary password once your account has been activated – please check your Spam or Bulk folder for this email.

Note: If you added the DriverManager or Random Drug Testing subscription then you will receive a separate email with information for those accounts.

Employer Obligations: When you use consumer reports to make employment decisions, including hiring, retention, promotion or reassignment, you must comply with the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA).

Insurer Obligations: You must have a permissible purpose before obtaining a consumer report — generally, that the report will be used in connection with the underwriting of insurance involving the consumer or with the consumer’s permission (§ 604) — and must take certain steps after you take an adverse action based on information in the report.

Release Forms: You may use your own company release or our provided release available on your Account Dashboard. MVR Driving Record authorization forms from the driver must be kept on file for a period of 5 years regardless if the applicant is hired. PA, WA and PSP Reports require a special release (available on your Account Dashboard) and must be submitted to receive the reports.

Refund Policy: The DMV does NOT provide refunds or free re-checks for incorrectly submitted information. You must verify from the actual license that you are entering the correct DL Number, State, DOB and Name otherwise you will receive a "License Not Found" or "No Record" on your MVR report and will need to place a new order with the correct information.
