How do I add a binder to a driver?

To add a binder to a driver:

1. From your Employees main menu, click on Active Employees.
2. Select the driver you would like to add the binder to.
3. When viewing the driver’s profile page, you’ll see the first tab (selected) is called Driver Qualification.
4. Click + Add Binder to Driver’s Qualification File.
5. Select your desired binder from the File drop down. Then input the current status and set the expiration date. You can also upload the binder document as any file format.
6. Then click Add Binder Item.

Note: You’ll be notified via email and on your dashboard when any binder is near expiration.
